Refunds

Non-refundable items: Opened, partially used, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund due to safety concerns. Perishable items such as food products are non-refundable once the packaging is compromised.
Refund eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Products must also be in their original packaging with seals intact.
Time frame: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we cannot process refunds.
Refund process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange:

Eligibility: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
